I love serums especially in the summer when it's hot and humid. I usually just wear the serum alone under my tinted moisturizer or foundation.
Nars Brightening Serum is a lightweight pearly/opalescent serum. Two pumps is about all I need to cover my entire face. If I feel a bit dry then I'll use some moisture lotion on top.
What I like is that it sinks in quickly which is good when you are in a hurry to put your makeup on in the morning, which I usually am - I don't have alot of patience.
As for brightening, well, I really don't see any brightening. I don't see the pearl/opalescence of the serum making much difference in my complexion.
I don't think either that for $61.00 it's going to be a repurchase for me. It's not awful, but it's an awful lot of money for something that just doesn't do what it claims to do.
2.5 oz - $61.00
