I have a sensitivity to many eye creams. The morning after I use one I'll wake with small red whelps around my orbital eye area. I don't find this with Strivectin SD Eye Cream plus it meets my other criteria
1. it works on wrinkles and darkness
2. it doesn't smell like a perfume
3. it doesn't break me out
4. it doesn't clump into my eyes making them watery and blurry.
I received this little gem in a kit at Christmas and I'm still using the same tube. Of course I have tried others during this time but I come back to this because it's a jewel.
It is HIGHLY concentrated. A regular size tube will most likely last you 6 months (YMMV) so the cost of $59 for the 1.3 oz tube seems reasonable.
The packaging is quite clinical in appearance and that may account for it being overlooked. But quoting their TV commercial - "Do you want a pretty jar? Or do you want results?"
StriVectin SD advertises use of this on the lid area. I normally don't use eye cream on my lid though I'd be willing to start with this one. I squeeze a smidge on my ring finger and TAP, TAP, TAP it all around the orbital area. It absorbs quickly without fragrance or irritation.
5 smooth un-irriated flowers.

Some information from Sephora:
What it is:
An age-defying eye cream.
What it is formulated to do:
StriVectin-SD® Eye Cream is a multi-action orbital eye area perfector enriched with Striadril, a key compound containing patented pentapeptides that help to significantly improve the appearance of fine lines by aiding the build up of collagen. Unlike many other anti-aging treatments, Striadril is more stable (for longer shelf life), better tolerated (causes less irritation), safer, and more effective.
