Emakemeup.com has created a community which brings people together with a common passion and interest; MAKEUP, COSMETICS, and more!

Emakemeup.com members are able to contribute content to the website in various ways including the GrapeVine message boards, PhotoShoot photo album, comments on the Flower Report, internal messaging system, etc.

Emakemeup.com will not tolerate any of the following actions/behavior and any breach of these terms & conditions will result in that content being deleted on sight by the Emakemeup.com content monitors and/or Emakemeup.com Administration.

If a member continuously breaches the terms & conditions outlined below, that member will be banned from Emakemeup.com without notice. This is in an effort to keep Emakemeup.com a respectful and enjoyable online community for all its members.

Terms & Conditions:

• Content that is racially offensive, obscene, abusive, discriminative, sexually offensive, threatening, harassing, hateful, and/or in bad taste.
• Content that contains obscene language and/or swearing.
• Content that has reference to illegal material or activities.
• Content that violates the copyrights, trademarks, proprietary rights of any third party or is posted without permission of the owner(s) of such rights.
• Content that is direct or indirect advertising, spamming, and/or job advertising. This includes advertising your own personal website (except as mentioned below under signatures). If you are interested in advertising with Emakemeup.com, please review the ADVERTISING @ EMMU section found in the footer of our website. Emakemeup.com will not tolerate any form of advertising on the message boards.
• Content with the obvious intention of disrupting the Emakemeup.com community and/or individual members.
• Content that is flaming/bashing any company, website, and/or individual.
• Impersonating any member.
• Posting of another member's personal details such as their email address and their postal address.
• Content discussing product swapping in any shape or form. 

Member Signatures:

• Please keep your signatures concise and not too long.
• Please DO NOT post any company name or website url in your signature.
• No images are permitted in a signature.

Emakemeup.com reserves the right to immediately terminate a member's access to the Emakemeup.com website, without notice, upon any breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Opinions expressed on Emakemeup.com by the member/s are the views of that person/s and do not reflect Emakemeup.com's position/s. We do not necessarily endorse, support, sanction, encourage, verify or agree with the comments, opinions and/or statements posted by Emakemeup.com members.

As a Emakemeup.com member, you agree to indemnify Emakemeup.com and our subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, harmless from any and all claims (includes legal fees) that may arise from your participation at Emakemeup.com.

Emakemeup.com members remain completely responsible for the content they submit to Emakemeup.com.

As a Emakemeup.com member you are responsible for all interactions you may have with other Emakemeup.com members. Emakemeup.com will not get involved in any dispute between members apart from deleting those memberships involved if the dispute is brought onto the website.

These linked, third party websites are not under Emakemeup's control and Emakemeup.comis not responsible for the contents/changes of any linked site. Emakemeup.comprovides third party links to its members as a convenience and Emakemeup.comdoes not endorse these sites.

Emakemeup.com is not responsible for any content, information and/or advice provided by its members in regards to its accuracy.

Members of Emakemeup.comagree to the above Emakemeup.com Terms & Conditions, which can be modified at any time.

Privacy Policy:

Emakemeup.comis committed to protecting the privacy of its members.Emakemeup.com sometimes asks for personal information from its members, however any personal information that Emakemeup.com obtains from its members will never be disclosed to any outside/third party without permission from the individual member. We would ask for permission only in regards to requiring a name and address if the member has participated and has won in an Emakemeup.com contest. Personal information is for internal use only and will not be distributed or sold to any parties outside of Emakemeup.com.
